Numbers of new and luxurious hotels are recently opening their door to increase the capacity in the segment of four and five stars properties in Prague.

Sheraton Prague (opening: spring 2009)
This new luxurious five-star hotel was created through reconstructing a complex of four mutually interconnected buildings that date back to the 19th century. The original estate on Žitná Street in Prague's New Town quarter served as residential houses. The complex offers 160 modern furnished rooms, of which 38 are luxury suites and penthouse duplexes.
Rocco Forte Collection (opening: spring 2009)
The Rocco Forte Collection is to open a five-star hotel in the heart of the Czech Republic capital, in the immediate neighborhood of Prague Castle. The 101-room property will be created from a complex of seven buildings, most of which are historical monuments. The largest and most important structure is St Thomas's Monastery, which dates to the 1400s.
Park-Inn Prague (opening: spring 2009)
The hotel is located in Prague 2 in close proximity to the Vlatva River and to Vysherad Castle. The hotel is a fine example of an Art/Deco facade, and is situated in a building dating back to 1907. The hotel has 210 rooms of various sizes.
Kempinsky Hybernska (opened: autumn 2008)
The Kempinski Hybernská Prague hotel is located on Hybernská Street at a favoured location in the very centre of Prague, close to the sites of the main shopping companies as well as famous Prague landmarks. The hotel offers a full range of services, 75 generously built hotel rooms with above-standard furnishings and an 1,800 m2 courtyard, which is intended as a unique place for social gatherings in Prague.
