Two Prague Michelin star restaurants RadisonBlu ALCRON and La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise have proven to the world again that the dining experience along with the cuisine is top notch. The exceptionality of this award lies in the fact that both restaurants are run by Czech chefs. Alcron has been led by chef Roman Paulus since 2008 and La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise by chef Oldřich Sahajdák since 2006.
