In March 2017, we were privileged to partner with famous French incentive house to organise all ground services for the company Panduit who held a meeting in Prague for 200 partners from all over the world.
For the closing dinner, we were given the ultimate responsibility to craft a one-time event that had to have the impact and wow-factor to last long after final call. The vision of the client was to create a “visual transition between past and future”.
For this occasion, a beautiful neo-renaissance palace opened its door. The halls, corridors and balcony were completely designed for this purpose. The guests were already amazed as they were arriving to the palace as the welcome cocktail and canapés were served by waiter and hostesses dressed in beautiful baroque costumes and masks.
The luxuries ballroom was transformed into a chic setting with backlit tables and the face of the room into a stunning state of the art stage set with video wall, suspended lighting, gobo projection, draping and audio sound system.
The glamour continued with a 3-course gourmet meal and the entertainment has also brought the best from the theme. The guests watched a dramatic ballet show when the dancers performed a scene of the “past versus future”. A wow show called Dance of the light concluded the award ceremony. A successful evening with 100% happy and satisfied guests from all over the world.
