Sogeti Netherlands celebrated its 35 year existence with a special trip, called "Sogeti goes Praha". Over 4000 employees and partners had a super trip to the beautiful city of Praque. Organizing such a special trip is only possible with special partners. Vanadoo is such a company. One of the reason in selecting Praque as a destination had to do with the trust we have in Vanadoo. From the start they did everything they promised, and often more. I fully recommend Vanadoo to anyone who wants to celebrate and/or organize something unique.

VANADOO organized the annual meeting of P&G Central Europe South in Prague. This is our most important meeting of the year, where we invite about 500 employees from 5 countries. This was the first time we worked with Vanadoo for such a big event and it was a wonderful experience. We were a difficult customer, as we always did last minute changes; our organizer team was in Budapest and had several subgroups, who all wanted to do different things. We managed to communicate with the agency very effectively over e-mail and phone, so we could minimize the travel and face-to-face meetings. The agency colleagues were patient, they listened and all our requests were delivered on time and with excellence. Above all, it was very pleasant to work with all the agency team members. This was the 7th annual meeting we had for P&G Central Europe South and I led the organization for - and this was the best organized one, thanks to VANADOO.

We wanted to extend our warmest thanks for your excellent work and support during delivery of the Premier Partner Incentive and Conference Events in Prague. We all know how much effort went into making sure that logistically, we had very few issues during the whole five day period and that was largely to your local co-ordination. We are aware that there were a number of last minute changes, but even these were managed without issue to the delight of all involved. Personally, I feel that the quality and variety of the incentive programme was as good as any I have been involved in, and this is indemnified by feedback we have already received from our guests, and Canon colleagues, and the consensus is that we collectively delivered a wonderful event! The language guides who supported us during both events were well briefed, professional, and well informed, which really added value to the event, especially for the Italian and Japanese guests.
All in all Linda, we are delighted with the way in which the event was managed locally in Prague, and are so grateful that we were able to leverage your local knowledge and expertise to deliver an exceptional event .
